BREEAM Excellence coming to Blossom Street

We are pleased to announce decorating & media blasting works have recently commenced at the Blossom Street development alongside Skanska.

This project consists of renovating existing warehouses and constructing new spaces to create 8 new buildings. The development will provide 336,000 sq ft of commercial, retail and public space in keeping with the Spitalfields character.

We’re especially pleased to hear the development is targeting environmental standards to achieve BREEAM Excellent which works hand in hand with the Sentinel team as we continue to push for more environmentally friendly processes in construction.
