Located at 51 Moorgate, the site includes three floors of Skanska personnel, as well as retail and commercial tenants into the rest of the space. Designers hoped to achieve a modern, sustainable, and healthy workplace where people and businesses can thrive.
Our specialist team helped Skanska and architects John Robertson Associates achieve their vision through a superior decorating finish that responds to the project’s WELL certification aims.

Skanska invited us to design a decorating solution to meet the building’s ambitious WELL Building Standard. Specifically, to ensure materials reduce human exposure to hazardous building material ingredients through the restriction or elimination of compounds or products known to be toxic and the promotion of safer replacements.
Our innovative approach helped us to deliver full decorating and firestopping services to support Skanska’s WELL certification aims.
Working with a range of products, including Intumescent paint, CP2 paint and backless fabric wallpaper, the Sentinel Contracting team transformed the 45,000sqft (4,180sqm) commercial building including:

Our firestopping skills will be put to work on this great project at 20 Ropemaker Street which consists of 419,093 sq ft of office space and 11,785 sq ft of ground level retail space.
