selected Dulux Trade paints for both interior walls and high-traffic areas.
This is a famous building in the heart of St James’s that was in the process of being totally redeveloped. Our painting and fireproofing solutions played a healthy part in the successful completion of the project.
Fire protection can be installed correctly when a building is constructed and still need attention later in its life. Buildings change. Services are added or replaced, refurbishment work takes place, and new penetrations are made through walls and floors.
Redecorating a live hospital ward is nothing like redecorating an empty office floor. The patients do not leave. The clinical routines do not pause. Infection control procedures do not relax because a contractor needs to apply a second coat.
